Delivery Infomation

UK DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note:

  • Dispatch times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity, destination, and seasonal demand (including sale periods)
  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our control

During busy periods, including sales, promotions, and holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.

If you require an item urgently, we recommend ordering well in advance where possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is captured, this will be followed by a secondary email containing a fulfilment notification and tracking information. 

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday via Deutsche Post  from our third party warehouse located in The Netherlands.

Please be aware that worldwide shipping may take longer than expected.
