HALO SPORTSWEAR will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.

 - Products must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order

 - Products must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached

 - They must be in their original packaging e.g. plastic bag/cardboard box

 - Return slip must be completed and included in the return with the item

 

Please specify on the returns slip whether you would like the items to be refunded or exchanged for a different size (and the size you require if this is the case).

EXCHANGES (UK ONLY)

To exchange an item, please send the product back to Halo HQ with the returns slip included, specifying you would like an exchange. Please include the new size you would like on the return slip. 

Once we have received the original item, the exchange will be processed and sent to you.
